R&D: Lab Services

Capabilities

The R&D Lab is equipped with a solids moisture analyzer, dew point meters, data logging capability controlled environmental test chamber, and unit simulator. Our lab is very versatile and can be used for the following:           

• to evaluate and certify desiccant wheel performance
• to evaluate and certify performance of desiccant
• to evaluate and certify product testing and moisture analysis
• to evaluate and certify degradation quality of desiccant material of customers due to usage and pollutants
• for dehumidifier performance simulations
• for developing prototype dehumidifiers

Equipment:

       Environmental chamber:               45-130 °F, 1-95% RH.
       Moisture Analyzer:                        .001% to 80% moisture content range by weight.
       Miscellaneous:                              Flow, pressure, temperature, and humidity instruments
